Today is the day of LOVE.
While the world celebrates our relationships with others (and there’s nothing wrong with that) I’d like to invite you to focus on the relationship with yourself as well. How are you doing with your self-love?

If you’ve haven’t taken it, this month is a great time to do it. If you have, this might be a good time to go through it again. I am always working on upping my self-love game.
We recently did a 7-day ‘Feel Good Challenge’ with the members of our year-long program and it was fascinating to see how much we (me included) unconsciously resist feeling good – much less great, magnificent and ecstatic!
It was eye-opening, and exciting, for all of us to see how as we focused on releasing the resistance, we effortlessly started doing more of the things that make us feel good and less of the things that don’t!
